Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ryu4d platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ryu4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances and pending bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. ryu4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Access to the ryu4d platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the platform strictly in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair, or compromise ryu4d systems, servers, or networks.
ryu4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
ryu4d operates a mobile-first platform optimised for use by Malaysian players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and throughout Malaysia. All platform features, including live dealer studios, sports betting markets, and the slots library, are available subject to system maintenance windows which will be communicated in advance where possible.
All financial transactions on the ryu4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ryu4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ryu4d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ryu4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. ryu4d processes the majority of DuitNow withdrawals for verified accounts within 30 seconds. Processing times for other methods may vary.
ryu4d reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where unusual account activity, suspected fraud, or incomplete KYC documentation is identified. Players will be notified via their registered email address in such circumstances.
ryu4d offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions of this Section.
The ryu4d Birthday Bonus is available to players with verified accounts in good standing. Bonus amounts are tiered by VIP level: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP Diamond (MYR 2,688). The birthday bonus may be claimed within the player's birthday calendar month. Eligible players may participate in the ryu4d Referral Programme by sharing their unique referral code. A reward of MYR 38 is credited to the referrer's account upon each successful referral — defined as a referred friend who completes registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are subject to wagering requirements and the referred friend must not already hold an active ryu4d account.
All bets and wagers placed on the ryu4d platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market involved. General provisions applicable to all wagering activity are set out below.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ryu4d platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content, software, interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the ryu4d platform are the intellectual property of ryu4d or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the ryu4d platform, its content, or its branding without the express prior written consent of ryu4d. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any ryu4d intellectual property beyond what is expressly permitted herein.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ryu4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions.
ryu4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. ryu4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever possible.
Nothing in this clause limits ryu4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
You may request closure of your ryu4d account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations or investigations are pending.
ryu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime or regulatory non-compliance. In such circumstances, ryu4d will retain any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds pending investigation, and may withhold Real Funds where required by law or regulation.

The date of the most recent revision to this Agreement is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ryu4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ryu4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the ryu4d platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
ryu4d's decisions on matters related to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding where the relevant matter falls within ryu4d's published operational rules, subject to any legal right of appeal the player may hold under applicable law.
